I have had Matt as an instructor since my very first driving lesson, he has had endless patience with me, and my lacking sense of direction and coordination. I am pleased to say that thanks to Matts tireless patience I passed today and my coordination and sense of direction are a million times better. I have loved every moment of driving, my time behind the wheel was brilliant, I was taught not only what to do but why I should, Matt sent me videos of what I would be doing in the next lesson so I could get a head start, which meant less time talking about it and more time driving. I had an instructor before I found Dave and he was AWEFUL, he used to waste my lessons sitting me at the side of the road and lecturing me on the slightest things that I did wrong and took me on the same route for the 20 lessons i had with him. When I started driving with Dave, I got the full hour! he never shouted or lectured and was happy enough just to let me say how I had gone wrong and knew he didn't need to lecture me! He took me on all these great routes and though it took me two times to pass (my fault, not Dave’s!) I got the chance to do a mock test with Matt and he too was great! Both major nice people! can feel relaxed and at ease learning to drive with them both! :D 10 out of 10 on greatness and well recommended by me and my sister!

I've only been in the United Kingdom for nearly two years now, and i've just passed my practical test today. Driving here is a lot different then driving in America, and more complicated. My first lesson was June 16th 2011 with Matt. Throughout my experience being taught by Matt I realised that even if you don't have your own car yet and license that its a lot of responsibility on the learner when he or she starts driving. Matt realises that and uses it to the learners advantage. He doesn't raise his voice or does anything that can throw you off your game, and you still get the info you need and key points from him. At first everything felt unnatural because back in America everyone drives on the other side of the road, but thanks to Matt I adapted quicker then I expected. Closer to the day of my practical test I met Dave who is has kind hearted as Matt. He did my last mock test to make it for realistic compared to the practical test. He even though I failed the mock he re-boosted my confidence, and made me realise how far i've come and to hold my head up high. As long as your with Matt or Dave you'll never go wrong. if your looking for a instructor that wont bug  you and start shouting at you for mistakes you do then Dave is your answer. I started driving in july 2011 and passed my driving test on 19th january 2012. Dave is a guy that you can get along with really easy, he has always something to talk about and he is always there if you are struggling, giving you advice and soon enough i didn’t need his advice. He taught me stuff i never knew about like how to drive the car and how the clutch works. When i had my first lesson i knew i picked a great instructor. He is such a nice person and i got on with him really easily i would recommend  to anyone who are wanting to learn to drive but don’t want to be shouted at for every mistake you make. In fact i also met matt on a practice driving test and he was also a nice guy theory are both such nice guys. So people get phoning Dave or Matt and go and enjoy yourself with these great driving instructors

He never rushed me or held me back if he thought i was ready. i did fail first time due to stupid mistake by myself. i didn’t start driving again after that for couple months till Matt got me back in the car, going again. within 2 months test booked and passed like a breeze. excellent service, very relaxing in the car highly recommended

I believed i was a lost cause when it came to driving, 30 years old, scared to even sit in the passenger seat of a car and very little desire to spend time and money to learn to drive. Matthew persuaded me to give it a go and 6 months later i passed first time and am loving my new lease of life on the road. Matt's friendly and sometimes humorous approach to teaching provides a wonderful atmosphere in which to learn, he quickly puts you at ease and the nerves soon disappear. Instructions and explanations are always clear and understandable, he always shows confidence in your abilities which helps with your own confidence behind the wheel. I've been learning to drive with Dave for a couple of months now and I couldn't possibly recommend him enough! Dave is very easy to get along with whilst always remaining professional.  He is very approachable and able to adapt his teaching styles to suit you, he has a brilliant ability to find a million different ways to explain things. Each lesson has a clear objective but, at the end of the day, the lesson is yours and you're able to focus on the areas you feel less confident in so that you always come away from each lesson with a real sense of achievement. Dave really is the most patient instructor I could ever wish to meet, he never seems to tire of explaining roundabouts!
